Boots Cottage is a delightful canal-view cottage! It offers off-road parking and easy access to beaches. Dogs are very welcome!
The cottage is a self-contained annexe with its own seated courtyard area. The accommodation features a cosy lounge (including sofa-bed) with eating/seating areas leading to a fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer and washing machine. Upstairs there is a spacious dual-aspect double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
All rooms are light and airy with fine rural views. Internet access is available as is a selection of board games for those odd rainy days.
We are looking forward to offering you a warm welcome with cream tea on arrival!

Cream Tea
A complimentary cream tea is provided on arrival.
Pets
Bring your dog who would be comfortable and welcome downstairs. S/he would also be secure in the enclosed courtyard. There’s even a hose to deal with the aftermath of any particularly mucky walks!
Garden
Guests have their own private courtyard and are welcome to explore the main house gardens.
Walks
Helen and Andy are very happy to provide friendly advice about local walks and places of interest.

Internet access is available for guests to use.
Cycling
Boots Cottage is very close to NCN3. Guests are welcome to store their bikes securely in our lockable outside store-room.

Bude Sea Pool
It is a part-natural, partially man-made tidal swimming pool on the beach. It was built in the 1930s under the cliffs of Summerleaze Beach to provide safe bathing in sea water, it is topped up at high tide by the Atlantic Ocean.
